The ultimate team-building experience that people will be talking about for a long time to come.

Let's be honest...

Most teams come in with a healthy dose of skepticism.

"I'm not creative at all."

"I never take pictures."

"What does photography have to do with team building?"

And that's exactly what makes The Big Photo Challenge so special.

Less than an hour later, everyone is enthusiastically running through nature, coming up with the most creative ideas, engaging in healthy competition, and—above all—laughing a lot.

Because this experience isn't just about photography.

It's all about collaboration, creativity, communication, and learning to see things differently.

A unique team experience

During The Big Photo Challenge, you'll head out in teams to tackle challenging photography assignments.

Every assignment has its own unique requirements.

Sometimes it's all about creativity.

Sometimes for the sake of collaboration.

Sometimes for communication.

And sometimes you just have to look really closely.

You don't need an expensive camera.

In fact...

Most participants simply take part using their smartphone or their own camera.

That's exactly why everyone can participate.

What's the schedule for the day?

The Challenge

Armed with your smartphone or your own camera, you'll head out.

During various assignments, you'll earn points for:

  • Creativity

  • Originality

  • Collaboration

  • The Story Behind the Photo

  • Implementation

Along the way, there’s a lot of laughter and discussion, and each team discovers that everyone sees things differently.

The Grand Finale

Together, we'll look at the most beautiful images.

The photos will be discussed and explained.

Everyone casts their vote.

And finally, the festive awards ceremony takes place.

Who will win the official...

BAKKM Photo Award

Eternal fame guaranteed.

Why does this work so well?

Because photography does something special.

It makes people slow down.

Take a closer look.

Working together.

Listening to one another.

You'll learn to see things differently.

And discover that everyone sees the world just a little bit differently.

It is precisely those differences that make a team stronger.
